Finova the cloud-based mortgage and savings software provider, has confirmed updates to its senior leadership team.
After seven years serving as executive chairman, Paraag Davé is formally taking on the role of chief executive officer of the enlarged Finova group.
In addition to Davé’s appointment, Finova also announces the promotion of Rowan Clayton to chief product officer (CPO), further strengthening the senior leadership team as the company continues its growth and innovation trajectory.
Clayton has been with Finova for over 14 years and has played a key role in developing Finova’s product function and driving innovation. In his new role, he will focus on advancing Finova’s technology offerings and ensuring its solutions continue to empower lenders and savings providers.
